In order to support professional development and create a teaching culture, we have a set of dedicated teams who will work closely with you to coach you on all of the essential skills and practices to ensure desired results are being achieved. These brief, spontaneous coaching conversations are intended to enhance skills, share knowledge, improve performance and progress career development.


EduHub provides quality training services following precise and well-studied steps:


· Monitor and evaluate the personnel practices of the institution to determine the key skills that need to be addressed.

· Divide the needs into groups based on professional level, whether administrator, teacher, or staff.

· Conduct extensive training sessions for every group, led by our expert personnel.

· Monitor the performance of every trained group at regular intervals to make sure that the desired result is being achieved. If any group needs additional training, more sessions will be held.

· Choose a committee of senior leadership from the school to become mentors of newly-recruited teachers, so that they can offer focused observations, constructive feedback, and support. This process will take time for both new and experienced teachers to learn from one another about developing new and innovative practices in different school areas.
